1) Bill Gates
Bill Gates is one of the most successful people on this list and one of the richest. He dropped out of Harvard to start Microsoft, which he's still running today. Bill Gates might not have graduated college, but he's an exception to the rule that you need a degree in order to succeed. 2) Steve Jobs
